Translation Information:
The King James Version (KJV) of the Bible was translated by a committee headed by Lancelot Andrewes. Based on the work done by William Tyndale in 1526, The King James Version was completed in 1611 and has been the dominate English translation influencing Christianity ever since. Commisioned: 1604
